Actualité scientifique :Le microbiote de l’ormeau : un couteau suisse pour la digestion des grandes algues
Bravo à Angélique Gobet et aux chercheurs du WP3 d'IDEALG (UMR 8227 Roscoff, France Haliotis, LEMAR-UBO) qui ont montré la présence d’un microbiote digestif dominant et stable dans le temps chez l’ormeau européen, quel que soit le type d’algue ingéré. Ces travaux sont parus dans la revue Microbiome le 27 mars 2018. Ils visent à développer les connaissances sur l’utilisation des grandes algues comme fourrage pour l’élevage d’ormeaux.
